Vegetarian quatuor on a slate

This week, Rouge Restaurant suggests as the vegetarian option, a quatuor on a slate. A scrumptious mushroom “vol au vent” completed with a poached egg also a roasted artichoke heart stuffed with Comte cheese and carrot-cinnamon purée; at last but not least a polenta cake smothered with pea purée, sun-dried tomatoes, goats cheese and broccoli.
